I have nothing but great things to say. 1 I am a an American woman with tattoos and they allowed me into the onsen/bathhouse floor. There is options for both public bathing or private. On the woman's bath floor, they have an artificial hot spring, cold bath (with instructions on how to benefit and do hot cold bath therapy), an outside air chair where you can relax outside and multiple saunas. 2 the deluxe capsule rooms are quiet and come with a tv, ear plugs, down feather blanket and shade that covers the whole window. 3 the top for has free breakfast, coffee, tea and soda, then at night 9pm- midnight has free self serve alcohol and the most amazing self serve rice. 4 Staff is so accommodating and the man behind the counter spoke some English. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and he WALKED US all the way there! 5 multiple lockers are available for your luggage, large backpacks and valuables. 6 All bathing necessities are provided: hair dryer, straightener/curling iron, razor, tooth brush, at least 15 shampoo/conditioner options, multiple hair products and body lotions. Honestly this place is amazing. The only downside is the woman’s message chair area has a door attached to the smoking area and smells like smoke but it’s easily avoided and the pros out way the cons. 100% recommend

best place for solo and budget travellers!! Stayed there for one night. convenient location, close to metro, even you can walk from JR station. allows late check in. plenty of amenities in cheap price, unbeliavable. You can book them using there own website to get favorable price. students can get concessions having valid student ID. loved their drinks/coffee choices. rice and soup is served at night, while breakfast was complementary, as well as public bath. never thought this much can be offered at a budget capsule. best stay in nagoya. would repeat certainly. conbini is very proximate. capsule seems spacious and comfy.

Nice capsule hotel near busy Sakae district in Nagoya. I stayed here for one night, and it was clean and safe. Beds were OK, and I liked the free drinks and rice on the top floor. Public bath and sauna were great too. Overall, great value for your money.

The place was very accessible. The subway is just a few minutes away. The place is very neat and the staffs are very friendly. The reception knows how to communicate basic English. They also have a device which can directly translate your conversation if you're not an English speaker as well . The price is affordable and there are lots of freebies. I will be staying at Anshin Oyado Osaka branch when I visit next year! The overall experience it totally worth it!
