Stayed here with family in Dec 2023. Strategic location with walking distance to Nagoya station, which is very nice to reach out trains, bus, good food and shops over there. You may enjoy nice donut breakfast at Mister Donut next to the hotel. Room space is slightly small for a family of four but the condition is very good, so remember to get the connecting two-rooms. Second level has self-service washing machine (use coin or IC card) and ice dispenser. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay again in this hotel for my future trip in Nagoya.

Do not recommend it here. We had several issues to begin with from the staff being misleading to our bathroom smelling like sewage. 1) We had inquired at the desk if we are able to send our luggage from here to our next hotel, the employee said they can’t do it with the form, but we should go 7/11 get the form then they will ship and handle for us. Turns out this is not the case, 7/11 will have to ship it all for us (there was a language barrier there but they tried their best). 2) Due to the misinformation we had to bring our luggage back to the hotel to swap out some items, as we are unable to send it through the hotel. Literally 5-10min before we had just dropped off our luggage to the employees (notably the woman with glasses that speaks English), they had not given us a luggage tag prior to us going, despite us asking before we left “Are we okay to go now?” This proceeded to be a 5-10min back and forth of her denying she saw us beforehand or had given us a tag to claim our luggage. 3) After arriving to the room, the room is typical size however the washroom gave off a strong sewage smell every time it flushed. The air conditioner was one extreme to another (there was no inbetween). The bed sheets were also super itchy, especially with the recent bed bug infestations, it got us slightly worried. The hotel states the tap water is drinkable however we definitely had our doubts especially with the stench from the washroom. 4) The times we exited the building none of the front desk agents seemed engaged or would greet you, I understand it is a fully self automated check in checkout process but clearly this is a hotel and it is part of the hospitality business but it lacked any of that. The only greetings we received or sense of welcome we received was from the cleaner on our floor. This definitely is located in a central area in Nagoya and more affordable but for the lack of service and standard in the hospitality business, you are better off going to a different hotel and enjoying your vacation in comfort.

Great place to consider if staying in Nagoya. Location is fantastic, within minutes walking distance to Nagoya station. They provide toiletries at the lobby even including face mask, sunscreen and moisturiser. However not too sure why they restrict people from taking in the morning. Room is average, not super spacious but average size from what you can get in Japan. Breakfast from Mister Donut provided, a set meal worth 600yen.

A littler tricky to find the right exit at Nagoya Station. But, once you know, everything was so worth it. The hotel is a modern hotel with small/compact room. Maybe a little too narrow for big luggage. The room was superclean tho. Check in via machine, amenities on first floor, you’ll get pajamas too. Breakfast is a coupon you can use at mister donut right in front of the hotel. The breakfast package was two pastry and one coffee pf your choice.

Nagoya -Japan We took a flight from Seoul, South Korea and arrived Nagoya on Christmas Day 2023. Location & Service [4.5] This Inn is conveniently located near the Nagoya train station and walking distance to the JR Takashimaya department store. Up on arriving to the Inn, check in was a breeze and gotten our room cards. The toiletries are located at the main lobby and pick what you will use. Two steps from the main entrance is Mister Donuts which they sell their popular donuts and also hot beverages. Room [4]. We have connecting room and as we had stayed in Tokyo before, most standard rooms are small however if you want more comfort then money surely can get you bigger space. We like the thoughtfulness and design of the room, though small but make clever use of the space. Nothing much on TV but you got free wifi. I would suggest to look online of the hotel or Inn room pictures and speak to friends who have been to Japan then make the decision to book the right room. People reviewed and complained the rooms are too small, should have done their homework else pay more, simple.
