Everything seemed to be ok, the girl at the reception was great - she did what we asked and helped in every possible way. A very sweet and pleasant woman. Thanks. Very convenient location - all attractions nearby. But, if we talk about the rooms, then there are complaints. Shower stalls are too, too small. I’m thin and of average height, I felt uncomfortable, I can’t even imagine what it’s like for larger people. There is almost no Wi-Fi in the rooms, unless you stand right next to the door of the room, or at least in the corridor. The first night we spent the night in a dirty room (walls, windows, shower, old beaten furniture) with a “view” of the technical part of the building, although we paid for a normal room. Plus, it seemed to me that no one had changed the sheet on the bed, it was wrinkled and was different from the cleanliness of the pillows and duvet cover. In the morning we asked for another room and they gave us a normal, good room (for which we paid initially). But (besides the fact that in the shower stall the door hung on one top hinge and did not close, accordingly all the water poured onto the outside), I was horrified that the sheets were dirty again (that is, the maids were too lazy to change, wash and iron them) . I've never encountered this before. But it was a shock. Surely they don’t even imagine what diseases can be picked up with such irresponsibility. And we also left a tip for the previous dirty room 🤦🏼‍♀️
