My daughter and I stayed there for a few days, the room they gave us was very nice but unfortunately we did not have heating, we did not coincide with the reception hours because they start at 9am and end at 5pm the rest of the time the reception It is closed, we asked the cleaning service if they could fix the heating and they didn't and then at night the toilet made a very strange sound with the water, the room they gave us faced almost a corner so at night I could hardly sleep due to the noise of the people who were partying. I asked if they could provide me with earplugs but they didn't listen to me either. I thought it was an oversight on the part of the administrators because the building and the rooms are good but the service was very bad.

Excellent location but the room photos are a bit misleading: The place is falling apart. 3 out of 4 mornings we woke up with banging on the door: Once from the cleaning person, that came around 11:00 and while we were still inside, 2nd time from an Italian speaking man who wanted to fix something, and 3rd time again from the cleaning person, that came at 10:20 on the morning of check-out, telling us to leave the room. The truth is that we had not realized that check-out time was indeed at 10:00 (because nowhere else have we seen that) and we assumed it was 11:00. We felt so unwelcome that we didn't even ask the receptionist whether we could leave our baggage there for 2h, since it was pouring with rain. We felt even more unwelcome when the receptionist saw us go out into the rain with all our baggage and no umbrellas and just said "raining, hah?"

By far the most horrible accommodation in Europe. My family felt horrible, exposed to the elements, the place is not well kept, smells of mildew, dark, it is dirty, and you feel like you want to get away. Reception is a closet where a grumpy man takes the unlucky guests to their chambers. You deserve better, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
