Great service from the front desk, even though we speak almost none Japanese, they still put effort into communicating with us via translation. As for the room, they provide almost every necessary stuff we need dailies like a kettle, hairdryer, a fridge and others, the downside is there is limited space for two people to open up their luggage and tidy. There's even a universal outlet for foreign travelers if u don't have a universal plug, overall it's a pleasant stay in Japan, will definitely make APA hotel my first choice in my next trip in Japan.

The only positive thing to say about this hotel is that it's location is superb, but it's not enough to save it. The rooms were dirty, like really dirty. The staff was clueless. There was only one elevator for a 14 floor hotel, shared with service staff. At times you could wait 10 minutes before being able to ride the elevator down 😮‍💨 Avoid at all costs, there are probably way better options within the same price range and good location Added a few photos of ledges that must not have been dusted in ages. Didn't take more pictures cause the more dirt I found the more upset I was getting Utter rubish

The location, staff and cleaness are very good. The room is tiny but really well equipped and its all you need for a few nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is self-operated food and drinks at the reception, even a microwave.
