Pros: 1. Great location.. 2 mins to Bakurocho stn 2. Rooms are spacious (compared to other budget options in Tokyo) 3. They accept luggage storage on the day of check-in and check-out, but they do have limited space..so do check with them before you show up. 3. Decent amenities. Cons: 1. While rooms are air conditioned centrally, it was warm and the blowers blew hot air (this was in December as the heaters were on). There is no air conditioner. Had disturbed sleep.

Hotel is located 5 minutes away from 4 Tokyo’s major train lines do you are relatively close to everything in the city. Hotel itself is very clean and tiny. Staff is highly professional. Rooms are small but very functional, you have enough space to store 2 large suitcases and 2 carry ons easily. Cleaning personnel was amazing and room was kept clean throughout the stay. Breakfast (can be included with price of room or bought on the spot) featured Japanese essential breakfast items and was perfect way to start a day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in quite neighbourhood of Tokyo while being minutes away from everything city has to offer.

It is a fantastic place to stay, the beautiful decorated entrance area is filled with welcoming and friendly staff that are helpful and understanding if your Japanese isn't very good. You are then given a perfectly comfortable room that just makes you feel at ease after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered is a delicious experience that gets you ready for the day, the miso soup was delightful and pulled the whole meal together.

Good location. 5-10min walk to different major lines. Walking distance to Akihabara and Kanda is also not far. Rooms are good. My only complaint would be I ended up with 'smoking allowed' room as it was the only option available as the cheapest option and the room obviously smells of cigarettes with the big windows locked closed with a plastic cover on the handle. I think even as a smoker you'd find this annoying due to feel smell and feeling sufficated. I did find a way around this (plastic cover is on the window handle with 2 little screws) if I didn't find a way to open those windows, my stay would have been 3 stars. My only suggestion would be to allow the windows to be opened. As they are quiet nice windows too and can be opened safely by only tilting them open from the top. Other than that, friendly staff and good hotel for the price. Decent breakfast but I wouldn't pay for it (it was included in my deal)
