DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. This hotel does not have air conditioning, only heater! My wife and I couldn't sleep throughout the night, finally decided to call the front desk at 1am and they said they cannot do anything, they advise me to turn of the "air con" then I asked them what about ventilation? They couldn't answer me. Next they even gave a stupid suggestion, call me to leave my room door open so that the cold wind is able to enter my room. So they are saying that I should sleep with risk of letting strangers enter my room?! The window can't be open from the inside. Everything about this hotel is just badly thought of. 100% wouldn't recommend this hotel

Very small room but it is in the heart of the action. Easy checkin everything was super clean and the service was good. It is within 10 minutes of the Metro. Restaurants, shops, convenience store, and much more I was in 5 to 10 minutes. Like most of Tokyo the area was very clean security was good. Everyone I talk to was very friendly.

Excellent location, reasonable price but poor receptionist services. Very limited English language skills among staff. The hotel is also haunted and we were disturbed by a ghost who kept moving our stuffs in the room until we asked if to go away.

Despite advertising air conditioned rooms, this hotel changes the air conditioning to heating only if the temperature drops under 10 degrees. Because of this, the rooms were way too hot and stuffy for us and the window was not able to be opened. After speaking to staff about this, we were told they could not change individual rooms and all the rooms were on heating (every other hotel seems to manage this). We were offered a portable fan, which would only blow the hot air around the stuffy room. Once we said we could not sleep in the room, we were offered a refund by staff. They did not try and keep our business or offer alternatives. We checked out and found alternate accommodation. Immediately upon opening the door to our room, it smelt musty and was visibly dirty with dust and dirt marks everywhere. The hotel even provides ‘air freshener’ spray on the desks in the rooms. After spraying this and leaving the room for a few hours, the smell had not changed. The rooms are small (standard Japanese hotel room), with the bed fitting wall to wall. The location was good, only a few minutes walk from the train station, and right in the heart of the city, however, there were homeless people camped outside the hotel and we were approached by people trying to sell us things and lure us into nightclubs etc within minutes of leaving the hotel. Spend the extra for something nicer. Do not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the room was well put together. Despite the size of the room, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, with a tv, small refrigerator, kettle/coffee, slippers, robe, and the bathroom came with all the accessories! The location is busy but central. Walking distance to the local store, the station, mall restaurants, and other amenities.
