Location is excellent , 5 mins from the Gare. Booked a 2 room apartment, check in is fast and easy. The staffs are able to communicate well in English and of course in French. Very kids friendly with a small library and small kids play area at the lobby

Very good hotel with comfortable aparment-style rooms. The staff is helpful and speak decent English. There are some amenities on the ground floor - a small library, board games and a play corner for children. Breakfast was good, with a big variety of sweet pastry. There is an underground parking below the hotel, but it is quite dark, be careful. I also hope they will fix the calling button at the entrance (I had to phone the hotel to let me in).

A great hotel close to the city center. The staff are super friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated and everything is not less than a 10 mins walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. There is payable private parking as well but this cannot be reserved in advance, so there could be chances of you not having a place to park at the hotel's basement. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are at Annecy!

Let me start with a comment that the rooms are great. If everything you need during your stay is just a plain spot to spend a night - awesome place. But. If you come by car, beware. Despite the fact that they say that parking is included, there is a non-zero chance that it will be full. This at least happened to us. As a result we had to use a really bad public parking nearby where I had to walk with a bended spine because the parking was designed for hobbits. Besides, the parking was full of vomit and clearly wasn't cleaned regularly. Also the spots couldn't fit even our Audi Q3. Note, such a low level of quality is exceptional for France. I am sure, if you are lucky and manage to get a spot in the hotel's parking - you won't have such issues. If we were aware of this in advance, we would never stay in this place and would choose a different hotel. Minus star for deceiving us with parking. Also the breakfast didn't match the expectations. It clearly wasn't worthy of 15 euros per person we had to pay. Coffee was horrible. The choice of food was very limited and in general not what you would get in a cafe just outside of the hotel. Minus star for the food.
