Friendly and caring staff, good location, standard hotel The staff was very nice and caring. The hotel was in a good location a short walk from the train station and metro, we often walked comfortably to the centre. The rooms and breakfast were standard. The price performance ratio was below average.

This hotel is located near to the train-metro station Perrache. The neighborhood is good, with many restaurants around and super markets. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is "petit dejeuner" so actually there are the basic options for a breakfast, but still good. The staff is kind and polite. Pets are allowed! Moderate expensive.

The hotel simply cannot be in operation due to its technical and sanitary condition. First thing encountered in a room upon check-in - human hair on the pillow and on the sheets. Same in the second room, almost (but not fully) “clean” only in the third room we were shown. The furniture and equipment battered (like no door on the freezer compartment in the fridge), cleanliness of the room and the bathroom unreliable. Cutlery and dishes, which were scarce, locked up in a cabbot for some mysterious reason, needed to ask the receptionist to unlock them.
