A nice Best Western Hotel located on a secondary street close to the Rhone and the Wilson bridge. The receptionists are very hospitable. My room on the 7th floor was very nice, good size and well decorated room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of products. The hotel is calm and yet close to the heart of the city.

I travel to Lyon often. This hotel is in the perfect spot near all the shopping areas, train station, and close proximity to the river. The rooms and service is great. I tried to help a hard working lady at the front desk move a lot of bags that she was moving out of the elevator one evening and she insisted i don't help and had a positive attitude. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while touring Lyon. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite room with a balcony that overlooked the river and Notre Dame. We enjoyed refuge on the balcony during afternoon rains and the ample space to spread out and repack. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. The location is perfect for walking - everything you want to get to is about a 15 minute walk, which can help with settling your stomach after a nice dinner at Monsieur P or a bouchon. :-) We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Lyon and recommend to any friends and family in the future.

Just returned from a 4 night visit. Staff extremely friendly and helpful with tourist advice. Bedroom and bathroom seemed to be newly decorated. Breakfast was good, again waitress was very helpful. Hotel very well placed being near the river and an easy walk to most places of interest. Will def return and would recommend this hotel to anyone hoping to visit Lyon, a beautiful city with very friendly and helpful residents.
