Absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. We stayed one night as a family of 4 in the family suite (5 month old and 2 year old). Cot and fold out bed was all ready and made up. Dinner downstairs was fantastic & we have to commend the incredible bar lady who not only served drinks, but managed the entire seated restaurant alone all night (and it was busy!!). We asked for and received a late check out (super handy when the kids needed to nap before we left). Breakfast was great, coffee was good. Location was perfect. Thanks for a great stay and to the fab staff, who were always friendly and helpful.

We stayed here one night prior to a Scenic river cruise. The reception was very nice and we were able to get into our room early. The room was clean and nice with ample space. Breakfast in the morning offered many nice selection starting with freshly squeezed orange juice you make yourself, pastries, tea breads, fresh fruit, eggs, meats, pancakes.. Location was very good. Close to the cathedral. Not far from our ship. Will come back another day

Room was so poorly ventilated it was more than difficult getting a good night sleep, setting up for our day in Lyon poorly. Wish I had read the reviews going back 4 years on this he ac situation. Room was hot, no airflow, and after 2 people showering was extremely humid, leaving you sweating before your day started. The hotel is trying to be eco friendly at the cost of their clients. Great location but seems to be one of many options, who might have a better.
