Lovely and charming small hotel with clean rooms, nice service and good breakfast, we also got some fresh fruit as a welcome. Located in the centre of Siem Reap, we already came back for the second time and were always happy with our choice. There is a small pool available at the back, if needed. We will definitely come back, and I can highly recommend this place!

I’m so pleased with the guest service here. I’m sure they read their own reviews, because upon arriving, they immediately moved us to their sister hotel close by because of the incredibly noisy bar across the street. They recognized the noise was interfering with guest’s sleep and promptly resolved the situation for us (before we even knew about it)! Phal was the most helpful and genuine person, and he even transferred us to the other hotel in his own personal car. I cannot say enough good about our very limited experience here, but I can confidently say that you can expect a fantastic and comfortable stay here, even if they have to move you around a bit.

It's was a very good experience. It's nearly pubcity. Their service was too good. When we entered the hotel, they provided me with welcome drinks and a cold towel. It's a tiny but nice swimming pool here. The problem was that water was a little bit blurry . All over this hotel was good.

We arrived at Apsara Centrepole on April 11 2023. The hotel is not really up to date. But the location is very good. Not a big problem so far. The room was very hot. And you cannot turn on the airco when you are not in the room. Whether the airco was broken or the capacity was not enough: after some hours of cooling it was still 30 degrees. Not sleepable. The room was not clean, the sheets and especially the bathroom. Lots of hair in the drain. No exaggeration. I would not advise you to go. We could not change rooms. They did not offer any solution. We left. Many more hotels around.
