Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Apsara. The staffs were especially friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities and the pool was just right size and enjoyable. We didn’t do the breakfast so can’t speak for that. Location was ideal as well, close walkable 5-10 mins to Pub Street and night markets. Plenty of restaurants and western pastry cafes nearby. One negative point would be the shower water will spray outside of shower area if full pressure is turned on due to shower head is too high and no partition above.

This hotel doesn’t have parking space, elevator nor a gym. The environment is good and our rooms were fairly clean. Our rooms were spacious. The only problem I have with our room was the bed sheet was stained. I wasn’t aware that they have an open shower so I would recommend staying with someone you trust. Staffs are friendly and good enough for always refilling my water bottle with no extra charge. The breakfast was really nice and overall a great value. I would recommend this hotel for couples and not for elders as the stairs can be great difficulty to them.

We enjoyed this hotel! It is in a nice location - walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Far enough away that you don’t hear any of the pounding music or business of the city. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. They were helpful in every way and the service was fantastic! The hotel is really clean and well-maintained. Very comfortable with a bit of a “luxury feel”. We were actually moved from a different hotel and this one turned out to be nicer - loved the customer service with that!!! Only downsides are the hotel/room itself. There isn’t an elevator, which wasn’t an issue for us but certainly can be for many people. The room had a strong smell of sewage that would come and go. We stayed in a balcony room overlooking the pool and the noise was really loud. There were people playing very loud music at the pool and children screaming. I understand having some fun, but it sounded like they were in the room with us, so it was hard to get any rest after our long travel day. Lastly, the shower is open, so if you don’t want to snoop on the person you’re staying with, you’re very much confined to the bed. It’s hard to have much privacy. Considering we didn’t spend much time actually at the hotel, none of these things were huge deals. But I just wanted to be honest in reviewing!
