I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ARCOTEL Castellani, and I must say it was nothing short of a magical experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my visit. The room, adorned with tasteful decor and plush furnishings, felt like a sanctuary of comfort. The bed was a cloud of softness, providing a restful night's sleep that left me feeling rejuvenated each morning. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met promptly and with a smile. A little disappointed by this hotel. The hotel has two buildings with two different sets of rooms. We couldn’t find our building and the receptionist was annoyed at us for asking where our building was. We got to the room and 1 out of 2 keys didn’t work. We also requested a double bed and had 2 single beds. In the morning when we wanted to use the gym, it was in the other building which we didn’t have swipe access to. This then became our fault when asking reception to fix the error because “well you are in the other building”. We then were given 3 different keys, none of which gave us access to the gym, so after being walked to the gym by one of the staff, when we came back to our room none of our now 4 keys worked to open our room and we had to go back to reception. After getting to breakfast we realised that it was NOTHING like the photos. Minimal food and almost all the fruit was over or under ripe. I will never come back. I will comment though it’s fairly close to town about 1.5km and the hotel itself is beautiful. Just lots of room for improvement.

Good hotel and location from 2km of downtown, excellent breakfast and good service too! The rooms have a small space but comfortable! The shower in bathroom is of difficult to regulate hot and cold water as the taps and valves are old.

The hotel is in a good location the staff are super nice and friendly. I asked to buy something from the bar because I liked the presentation. However, a manager who was busy drinking with his friends, arrogantly refused. This shows unfriendly approach towards clients. I am noticing more decline in service in locations once considered best tourist attractions. In fact Europe is in decline in terms of service to customers. Managers and people in charge become more brutal and arrogant. Investors should understand and hire the right people. It is hard-earned money that customers spend and they deserve and demand respect not unprofessional low life treatment from incompetent people.

I visited the facility with my husband in the first week of October for a one night stay ,we were part of a tour group. The hotel is okay, has the basic comforts, the two ladies at the reception were very efficient and checked us in quickly. The room was on the ground level and reasonably sized, the only thing we didn’t understand was the AC, when we turned it on , hot air came out and the room became very warm. No amount of adjusting the thermostat helped, we had to open the balcony door a tad at night. The mini bar door , at least we think it was the mini bar door was screwed shut for some reason, this was the only hotel we encountered in this trip that did that. Now the two stars was basically the service we encountered at the bar that evening. For reference the bar adjoins the reception desk in a U shape so I wasn’t aware that I said excuse me to thr bar tender from the reception desk. He decided to ignore me and ask a customer who just came in what she wanted, tough luck for him because she told him I was there first and to serve me. He came over and said but you are at the reception desk, hello that desk is empty , no humans there, he could have at least acknowledge me, nope. Then he serves the wine rudely and so I ask him what his name is, he proceeds to remove his name tag from his shirt and throw it at the counter, says there write my name down, it’s Colt Erguin, go tell my boss, I don’t care, I hate this job anyway. Wow !! Where did that come from, believe me I am not going to get into an argument with an obviously angry bartender but I did tell him he was in the wrong profession. I didn’t need to summon his boss, I am only there for one day but I have every right to post my review on the web . If the management of this hotel cares , then you are welcome to reach out to me , if not so be it. However just for reference in the 5 hotels we stayed in on this trip, we got excellent service from the other four so you may want to retrain this employee or fire him.
