The Sheraton Grand Salzburg is one of the nicest and best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are amazing—high end, all the charging capabilities, heated bathroom floors, amazing shower, TV in the bathroom, customized AC unit and more. The staff is even better. So professional and polite. They are very attentive to their customers and helpful. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Especially the entire staff there. It is a great hotel!

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights and the welcome service on arrival was very good. We were early but our bags were stored and then sent to the room when we arrived back from sightseeing. As a Marriott Titanium Member, the room was upgraded and was both comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows very good, and everything was well kept and clean. The breakfast buffet was included with my status, which is a good savings. Plenty of food options for breakfast including eggs cooked to order. There is a small concierge lounge on the 1st floor. The only complaint is that the lounge is small and could get crowded. We had enough seating, but at times we had to share tables as there are few. But in general it was fine. The food in the lounge was OK. Some food, in particular the bread, sat too long and was hard, In general we were there not to eat but to relax with some wine, so it was fine for us. The location is a bit of a walk for some to the fortress or old town. We walk a lot so not an issue for us. Close to the train station, a 10-15 minute walk.

What a beautiful property and stay! Clean and comfortable room in convenient location by Mirabelle garden, the famous First Mozart chocolate cafe, and walking distance to Old town area. Staffs are friendly and in-room amenities are more than sufficient to make your stay pleasant. We were especially impressed by how fast service was - an attendant came to our room within 10 minutes of requesting for extra towel! Our favorite hotel in Austria.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton. Got a super nice Junior suite that was well equipped and furnished. The club lounge was excellent with food and beverages all day and a lovely view. The staff was outstanding, especially Jean Luc, who allowed me to stay at the lounge after check out as I needed to work - thank you for that! Breakfast was ok, fresh egg dishes were totally overcooked and the selection was a bit lower end than expected.
