Overall a good stay. The only thing is since it is a 2 floor plan room, the top bedroom was warmer than the bottom. The room came with a big circulating fan. It was located upstairs but we found that by placing it downstairs and pointing it up to the bedroom area it actually pushed the cool air up and that made the top bedroom floor cooler at night.

A great place to stay for the family in Rotorua. Large clean family rooms sleeping up to 7 (3 singles and two double beds). Nice to have your own private spa in the room. The rooms were clean and well serviced daily and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious with comfortable carpeting. Beds are soft and selection of pillows is good. Kitchenette is basic but has almost everything you need. Location isn’t very central but isn’t too far of a walk from main attractions.
