Exceeded all expectations, the staff's friendliness was truly remarkable. Their trilingual abilities ensured that guests from diverse backgrounds feel right at home. Location is perfect - conveniently situated to explore the wonders of Rotorua. Requests were handled with remarkable speed, emphasizing the staff's dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their efficiency and willingness to assist added immensely to the overall positive experience. The room provided a spacious and comfortable retreat, equipped with all the essentials a motel should offer. Basic kitchen cutlery and amenities were readily available, making it convenient for guests who prefer some in-room dining. Wow do not stay here! Staff member who checked us in (young lady) never said hello or even looked at us once. So unfriendly. Then room was sort of ok until we found dodgy wiring going out the wall to somewhere via two multi boxes. Shower was very average. They appear to have people living there permanently who sat outside their room (next to us) drinking and smoking until mid night. Smoke was coming under the door into our room. To the Owners …. If you need to have permanent people living there to help financially then at least put them in one area with guests in another or at least have some restrictions in place for permanent residents and make sure they are adhered to. Place was just generally run down and dirty. We left after one night (was booked for two) and drove 6 hours home again. Would definitely not recommend this place!

Pleasant motel, comfy bed and great hot tub. The rooms need a maintenance check. Lots of loose fittings and fixtures, things falling off etc. Recommend spending some time tidying and fixing up the rooms

Terrible place. No thermally heated pool as advertised. No Spa and staff showed me a private one to use that was cold and then they padlocked the door. No mattress protector on a bed so old and uncomfortable with springs pinging in my back . Pillows dirty and thin. No extra blanket for a cold night. Dirty bathroom and dirty towel left in bathroom. Noisy road. Noisy cold swimming pool pump. all night. Noisy guests who had a fight and swearing match in the car park. Dirty carpet, pillows and curtains. Bedside lamps that couldn't reach the power plugs. TV didn't work, staff jury rigged it with masking tape but it kept dropping out. Excessive credit card surcharge. Don't believe the photos or advertising or good reviews. Avoid the place.
