Disgraceful. Room and outside looked NOTHING like the clean, fresh inviting photos on the advertising. We didn't dare use the bath, spa, shower due to the black spots/mould (which cleaner couldn't get clean after we pointed it out). Mould on the chair coverings. Had to ask for extra pillow and blanket. Holes in the walls, etc.

Absolutely disgusting, the mirror and windows were filthy, at least update your photos on your website to reflect what the rooms really look like. I had a booking for 3 nights I could barely get through the 1st, so I checked out, so unreasonable to get a refund for the other 2 nights. I felt sorry for the sports team who had to stay for the 3 nights.

Had a twin room for $280 and it was horribly run down - under the beds hadn't been vacuumed, lights not working!! The outside was grubby, and the mineral pools were horrid. The complex is in need of a massive renovation job but cannot see that being done. Shop around before choosing here - not worth the price tag to stay!

The Staff was so incredibly wonderful and so helpful. The supermarket is 5 mins walk up the road .If you don’t have a car, you are close to town .Close to a busy road so mind your little ones .We drove a minibus so plenty parking. Rooms and beds are clean and cosy warm it had been showering with heavy rains so we loved it . Very reasonable price for two rooms ,5adults, and 1 kid and baby .Room was upper deck it has elevator lifts if your knees are bad to help with transporting all belongings to and fro save climbing stairs so great view, overall great value if anything more for what I paid for .No bed bugs, no flies, no Ants ,No coachroaches ,no insects insight ,No interruptions very peaceful.I would definitely return .Thank you Gateway international
