Very convenient location, kind and passionate staffs, and clean and tidy room and facilities:) We had an awesome relaxed Rotorua trip here! My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the mineral spa. There is a nice playground near by and easy to find restaurants and bars. Room was a bit old, but they keep very clean and tidy so it was very comfortable to use. And above all the staff, especially Ellen was very friendly and helpful at all the time!! We definitely go back in the future!

The location and the services provided are well above any expectations you may have from a motel. The passion and the love put into the motel by the ladies working there is an inspiration. I appreciated the fact that there is an attention to reuse, recycle and sustainability topics. The complimentary use of the warm swimming pool outside and the small two SPA baths spared us from going to the nearby spa centre. Sadly, some rooms are in need of a renovation to keep up with time. The room I stayed in was clean and proper but felt fairly dated. The room had all the needed amenities available and in good state. Air conditioning and good bedding is a plus but it does not justify the price asked for a stay, even at this time of the year.

We loved our stay at Aura Accommodation. The hotel is clearly run by people who love what they do. We enjoyed all the little signs that explained how things like the heater worked; had a nice time swimming in the geothermal heated pool; and appreciated the in-room recycling and compost bins. Thank you for hosting us during our honeymoon!

Love staying here! The rooms are clean and bright. The location convenient. Wonderful hot pools and a warm swimming pool available. Have never had such great wrap around service with informative emails before and after stays.The staff are super welcoming and friendly, it is like being welcomed to their home! Definitely my accommodation of choice in Rotorua.
