Hotel room was very clean and adequate for our needs. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Our greatest appreciation is to the owners and staff. They were all very helpful with planning activities in the area that were perfect for our group. Each staff person took the time to answer all our questions and offer suggestions for excursions as well as restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location to access both of Zermatt’s ski lifts, spacious ski room and sauna - if you here to ski or snowboard you are covered. Nice clean rooms, helpful and friendly stuff and none of the chain hotel nonsense. Yes it’s local family business and they take good care of their customers. Will definitely be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay with you having been recommended by my daughter and we weren't at all disappointed.. The rooms were perfect, comfortable beds with a very varied breakfast in the morning. We will certainly come back again. and really appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

This hotel is close to the train station (about 10 minutes easy walking). The staff is friendly and wonderful to chat with and deal with. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great! It has almost anything you could want to eat! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a deluxe room which afforded a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

This was my first ever trip to Switzerland and to Zermatt. I travelled together with 2 friends, we took 2 rooms at this hotel. We stayed in the Matterhorn mountain view rooms and it was worth every penny! If you come to Zermatt, I highly recommend you to pay extra money for a Matterhorn mountain view room. The rooms here are cosy, clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk gave me a map of Zermatt and explained where the attractions are located. The staff in the restaurant are also very nice people. Breakfast is included in the rooms and it is a buffet-style offering with options for omelette and pancakes. Highly recommended for all visitors to Zermatt.
