Majestic views, Marvelous associates, Magnificent accommodations. The service was impeccable and the location was perfection; we enjoyed our stay so much we extended for another night! When people say “above and beyond” this is the place they are talking about. The transport to and from the train station was prompt and we loved the electric car! We missed breakfast due to our early departure and they packed us a lunch! The view while sitting in the hot tub was breathtaking. The pool was peaceful. We fully enjoyed the shops and restaurants in town. I loved the Omnia signature massage so much I booked another one for the next day. As I am writing this I don’t know if there are enough words I can use to describe this five star wonder! We are already planning our next trip for next year. See you soon!

Stayed here in the last week of September. This hotel has outstanding service and food. We had a great time all thanks to every smiling and very beautiful Anna who was very helpful whenever we needed any help or information. The hotel manager Christian made sure he checked on us on both the days and ensured we got the best service possible. The breakfast restaurant was amazing, both food and service was really good. We will definitely come back again and stay here for longer duration. Thank you for the amazing hospitality team. You guys were the best part of our trip.

The staff at the Omnia really know how to make you feel special. They communicated with me via email weeks before we arrived, arranged a special treat in our room as it was our wedding anniversary, and went out of their way to provide a first class experience. We stayed in the Tower II room with excellent views of the Matterhorn, a fireplace, a bar with house bourbon, and a dated but fully functional Bose sound system, and more. Dinner in the hotel, the four course with wine pairing, was excellent and based entirely on in-season local meat and ingredients - including the wines, which were surprisingly good. The pool and hot tub sit in the shadow of the Matterhorn and swimming was a sublime experience as a result. The spa/massage staff was excellent and very accommodating - easily transitioning to a more deep-tissue experience for me while my wife enjoyed the lighter touch massage. Overall, an excellent hotel and spa experience and we will be be back.

World-class luxury hotel in the mountain village of Zermatt! We love it here so much. Prior to our arrival, the management asked for our details and we were promptly picked up by the cutest electric mini van from the train station. Upon entering the hotel, someone from the front desk was already waiting to personally greet us the moment the elevator doors opened. We were then led to the patio for some refreshments and to enjoy the view. The hotel’s GM Christian personally welcomed us as well while we were enjoying our welcome drinks. After which, another member of the team gave us a tour of the hotel (there are exclusively 30 rooms) and escorted us to our room. We received a complimentary room upgrade; I believe because we had mentioned it was our Honeymoon, and they set up a some balloons, snacks and champagne for us as well! There was also a handwritten card from Lisa & the whole team. The view from our balcony was mesmerizing! The hotel owner also shared his Bourbon with us which was refilled daily. It was a very luxurious experience. Breakfast was delicious. You can order anything you want on the menu and there are two buffet spreads as well. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna rooms were all great. We did not use the gym but it also looked well-equipped and fully stocked with bottled water. I believe the staff knew all the guests by memory and anticipated our every need. The front desk always greeted us when we arrived and left, and whenever they saw us. They were also very helpful when we asked about the activities around town. By far the best hotel we have stayed in in all of Switzerland (as well as Spain and France). Very high-class, luxurious and the design is contemporary. Definitely want to come back and 100% will recommend this to others. Thank you for such a great time, Team OMNIA!

Very disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically for my ski trip. The hotel refuses to take me to the ski shop or the ski station by their shuttle. Which is very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Other ski hotels have shuttle services, ski shops and help you in carrying your skis! Additionally, the rooms are alpine classic with no luxury at all. I had to ask the reception many times for a nespresso machine, a kettle and a tea selection (cups as well). Kindly note that I am paying over $1,000 per night for this room!! Additionally, they were not flexible in check-out timings. Really disappointed.
