Room was very dated. We had a big fan outside our balcony which was constantly on and very loud! We asked to be moved as we couldn't get any sleep, and was told by the receptionist she could not move us as they were fully booked. Room was never cleaned...slept in the same sheets for 7 nights!!! We went out of the hotel for a day only to come back to our bedroom door wide open..went straight down to reception to complain and the manager said the cleaner forgot to close the door behind her....like it was no big deal...she just did not care! The food was awful and cold everyday...snack was left over lunch...fries were re-fried. I can go on and on about this hotel...especially the staff..there was only one staff on reception who was helpful and that was barak...DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Never ever will visit this hotel again! Money and time waste. Its' dirty, they do not clean the rooms, do not change sheets and towels. Bathrooms in awful condition! The common areas dirty, as well as the dining area. Cats and dogs around you while having lunch and dinner. They even get over the chairs and tables bringing here and there bones, leftover, you have to take them off in order to dine. The staff does not provide drinking water although the running from tap water is not drinkable. A guy at the bar tried to charge me when asking for а drink. I reported this at the reception and they made him to deal with that properly. Please, note, the package we bought was "all-inclusive" DO NOT GO there!!! You'll be totally disappointed! Poor service for the money we paid!

No way this place is 4 stars. Maybe 3. It’s not very clean overall, the receptionists are not very attentive and slow, their English is not very good. Food is very average and always cold. Only beer is good at the bar, everything else is the cheapest. Barmen make no decent cocktails. The pools are okay, but the beach is not always clean from seaweed. Although we enjoyed massages in the spa, the spa area is very neglected and looks terrible.

Staff was kind and possitive, but in general my impression was that the hotel was understaffed. Room was clean when we arrived but after few days they stopped cleaning it completely. We had to ask for coupe of times to get the room cleaned. And it was done after 4 days. Food was tasty, but the offer was repetitive. If there were no pandemic I would have rated it with two stars.

First few days: very good food, hotel is clean and comfortable. Beach is okay. Troubles: Key card system was broken in the beginning, took several requests to fix it (but it happened within the first day). The beach is okay, not terribly crowded in general. Water is shallow and has seaweed everywhere beyond 10-15 meters in (in some shallow places, you feel it a lot, otherwise it's two-three meters below you). TV quality is bad, but we don't use it anyways. I can't think of anything else - it's been great otherwise. Sun and climate are great, staff is polite (though not always with good English or Russian), doesn't feel crowded even at tourism peak season. Oh, and did I mention the food is fantastic? :)
