I made one simple request, water and coffee to my room. One call at 8 pm, one at 9pm, one at 10 pm. And they never came! I checked out the day after and they tried to charge me for something I had to ask for 3 times and never received… Obnoxious Staff does not know what customer service is, I’ve stayed at signature hotels in other cities in turkey and this is the only hotel that was not prepared to take care of their guests.

Starting with the positives, the staff here are all very welcoming and helpful. Being right by the beach is great, the water is pretty. The location is quite central within the city so you can shortly go anywhere. Now the negatives, the hotel feels kind of outdated. They make you wear ribbon bracelets that you cannot remove, very uncomfortable. The timetable is an A4 piece of paper. The 2 elevators are barely big enough for 3 people who have no bags. We booked for a deluxe sea-view room. We got a room which was the size of a car and the view was blocked by the other rooms and balconies, so we requested to move. We got an even worse view. The lights and shower head were about to fall out of their spot so we requested to move again. Every room we stayed in had marks and stains on the walls, dusty floors and furniture, flies and dirt on the balcony. Whenever you turned the air conditioning on, the room smelt damp and unclean. The food's quality is fairly good, but there's not much meat. The food is usually cold. The menu does not change per day besides 1 or 2 things. You have to pay for drinks still in the can because they water them down. The beach is probably the best part of the hotel, however there aren't always enough chairs, and the sea is full of seaweed after the first 20 meters. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are staying for 1 or 2 days. I would not recommend if staying for any longer.
