Pros: their cookies included with the in room coffee machine were good. Bed was okay and sheets were clean. Cons: Do not be tricked by the nice pictures. Shower leaked onto the floor so it was not possible to shower, floating side table fell to the ground when weight was applied, and the signage to the hotel was non-existent. Very disappointed.

Stayed here three nights. I give one star for the courteous staff. One star for the location. And one star for the spacious and bright room. Nothing else works. 1. No internet on the second day. Staff came to reboot the router but did not work. 2. No hot enough water for showing when it's 8 degree outside, plus 3. Heater is not warm enough at all. 4. Design of toilette lacks thinkingwith nowhere to put grooming stuffs 5. No door in the shower so water splashes everywhere 6. Dirty linen with not-so-clean-looking blanket on top and super thin sheet below. 7. Weird art deco feel like some cheap motel

Hotel is well located and check in staff were friendly. Breakfast included in our stay so was good value. But air conditioning turns off after it reaches the temperature. This means it's turns off in the middle of the night and the room becomes very hot. We were in a room near the kitchen and staff members were cleaning plates at midnight, and woke us up. But afterwards stopped due to our feedback. Cleaning staff also cleaned or room and moved all of our personal items around the room, so we had to search for everything in the cupboards. Also threw out some snacks we were keeping for the next day. It was good value for the money but not up to the four star standard they advertised.
