The hotel is really nice. The rooms were spacious and functional. Everyone working there was very helpful and friendly. The views during sunrise were particularly amazing. The breakfast options were excellent and delicious. I do recommend getting up early and enjoying breakfast while watching the sunrise. I also recommend visiting the lounge and the Muse restaurant.

By far away, one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel extremely welcomed by the staff. The hotel has been newly renovated. The rooms are very quiet, but yet very spacious and have a modern upgrades to them. The hotel itself feels very luxurious. Going up to the terrace for breakfast or in the evening. The views of the city are absolutely incredible. I was fortunate to have a balcony and a view of the city. During breakfast, the owner was making the rounds taking to the guests that were visiting, which was something unique. But just the overall customer centric experience that the hotel provided was absolutely impeccable. The Grand Hotel Parker’s is one the oldest hotels in Naples. An is apart of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. I was able to redeem 4 nights worth of Hyatt points. I cannot say enough about how incredible stay was!

First, the reception I got from the general manager was unprecedented! He was friendly and funny and just perfect! You don't find this in the states. This place is a perfect little oasis in the heart of Napoli with beautiful views and excellent service. I can't say enough about how well we were treated from the bellhop to the check out. It was beautiful and if I'm ever in Naples again, this is where I will stay!

We stayed here for one night on our way down to the Amalfi coast. However, we wish we could have stayed longer. The newly renovated room was fantastic - quiet, spacious, and with many modern upgrades. The bed was extremely comfortable. Most importantly, the service was fantastic. At the included breakfast the next morning, we had one of the best coffees we had throughout our time in Italy. While the location of the hotel is a little bit of a walk from the main tourist spots in Naples, we appreciate the residential nature of the neighborhood and found it to be both quiet and safe. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Parker. We are sad to have left and can’t wait to come back in the future.
