Our room was great and the staff at the desk and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Great spot if you have a car like we did as you can squeeze in front and have it valet parked despite being on the edge of the pedestrian area. Great location.

Staying here right now and all I can say is boy do I regret it. Not a minute of sleep thanks to the floodlight level of lighting spilling into the room around the so called blackout curtains. What's so hard about having a dark bedroom? And then there's the shower, hardly any pressure, like trying to stand under a tap. Really awful I can easily say I'll never stay here again.

Not just my but also multiple head of states favourite hotel in Salzburg - and for a reason. The owner takes hospitality very seriously and it shows. It has heritage, style, good food, and an excellent location.
