Nice place to stay. Room was clean, in the evening noisy from the street because the window is not the best isolated. After arrival the receptionist gave us filled up the form what should be their job to do. The woman working there always with poker face and you feel like u bothering with any questions. The man- receptionist always nice and helpful. He managed transfer and drove us to airport. The breakfast very basic, no veggies. Roof bar with nice view.

Nice hotel clean & well maintained. Staff were friendly & polite. The location is great if you are a football fan, if you're visiting for the beach this hotel is a fair walk from the beach. The balcony rooms over look a residential area. Great links to underground & there are some wonderful restaurants a short 5 minute walk away. I would definitely return.

I don’t normally leave hotel reviews but the fact that his hotel is rated 3 stars is an insult to other 3 star hotels. First we arrived our room was dirty hairs everywhere so we moved rooms. The second room was also dirty hairs everywhere so they sent a cleaner in and apologised. The room was still extremely dusty after this cleaning. The amount of dust under the bed is ridiculous the dust on the skirting boards is also ridiculous. They apparently don’t have a hoover which is alarming. Guess that’s there’s more dust in my room than on the street. Frankly if everywhere else wasn’t already booked up due to a conference we would have moved hotel. Onto the service while the staff appear to be friendly there’s also wonderful hidden charges for everything. They’ll tell you with smile on their face that they can’t give you a fork from the restaurant and it’s 1 eur for a disposable one. This is after they charged me 30 eur a night extra because my partner forgot to click 2 people in the room. Every morning after they charged me 30 euro a night I have to explain to the same girl that I’ve already been charged for breakfast and staying in the room. Overall do yourself a favour don’t pick it just for the location the metro is quite good here so staying a little further away for a better hotel would be much better. Update on our last night looking at the “fresh” sheets I can now see mold and strange stains.

My stay at Arya was great. The hotel was spotless; my room was spotless and was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and shower products. I would like to say special thanks to Alexandra who greeted me with a warm and good-humored welcome in English and also helped me when I lost my key late at night. My taxis were ordered by reception without any fuss. The small pool is great for a dip after a hot day in the city. I will return to Arya Hotel on my next visit to Barcelona.
