Beautiful hotel l will even recommend to a friends and families. Its in a heart of Copenhagen city. All amenities. Cafe, restaurant you name it. Staff at the reception were welcoming. But house keeping was poor our room was not cleaned, we had piles of rubbish despite following reception instructions.

The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked to move from a regular room to a twin room, they let us know that none were available but that one would be the following day and we could move in there at no extra cost. Both rooms were of a good size and were all clean and well kept. The hotel is well located, and very close to central station, with a nice bar on site.

Brilliant hotel in central Copenhagen. This has an ideal location for seeing the sights of the city and is just a few minutes walk away from restaurants, cafes and transport links including the bus and metro. The room was comfortable and well-sized with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The only small complaint would be that our view looked out onto a back alley and brick wall. The cocktail bar in the lobby is nicely decorated with lots of seating; it is quite expensive though. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Spent our Christmas holidays at Ascot hotel and everyone was super lovely. However the exemplary example of going above and beyond was demonstrated by Kristine from the reception desk. Not only was so friendly she was extremely helpful. We did not have conditioner in our room and there was none at the reception and at any room service supply rooms, she spent a lot of time to look for it and found the larger container of conditioner and bought it up to our room for us. We had a lovely time at the hotel and enjoyed our time there. It's located super close to the station and it's a short/medium walk to most attractions, my favorite being close vicinity to Tivoli!
