What an unexpectedly wonderful experience at The Aspira! I have always been skeptical about going on a cruise due to the fear of boredom and seasick. Turned out I enjoyed every moment of it. The most memorable part of the trip was probably the food and the service! The crew members are extremely attentive to details, caring and friendly. Oh the room was super impressive too! Highly recommended!

I had the best experience on Aspira Cruise. The food was great. We had 4 meals on the boat and we were not hurry. The staff was so accommodating, friendly and professional. The bus was on time and comfortable. Our tour guide was funny too. We had a chance to do kayaking around the bay which was great and so memorable. Thanks for the experience, Aspira Cruise! Will come back soon!

I and my husband travelled with Aspira Cruise for 2-night cruise and we were very satisfied and happy with it. The cruise staff was very good, always supported us when we need. The room was spacious, clean, having a private balcony was very amazing too. Aspira Cruise was one of the best experiences throughout our Vietnam trip. We cannot wait to come back again with our family.

Just got off from the cruise and I would like to share my review on this cruise. We had 2 nights 3 days trip n we had 7 junior suite in our group. The cruise is dated and not well maintained, the towels had the damped smell, the bed sheet with hole. There was the drainage odors in most of our rooms, asked to change the room, still have the same smells but a bit better, the drainage for the bathroom was a bit blocked so the water go very slowly but the staff told me that it is normal. The receptionist can’t speak English n it was difficult to ask for help; most of the time no one at the Reception. First they ignored my complaint, when I asked my travel agent to solve the problem, then they sent someone came to talk to me; overall it was not a pleasant experience to stay in the room with drainage odors. When the manager came back , he talked to me with his arrogant attitude (crossed his arms when he talked to me) n showed his long face for the rest of the trip, it made the whole case worse. The food was ok, sometimes the food was cold and didn’t have enough replenishment for the buffet. But the service staff in the restaurant were excellent especially Tutu, she offered friendly and cheerful service to us. I don’t think I’ll come back to this cruise again and I will not recommend to anyone due to an unpleasant odors and arrogant manager in the cruise.

Anna did everything she could to find availability for us and was extremely accommodating. So we had a wonderful trip! I would definitely go back! We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and were so happy. The boat was very clean, the staff were incredibly attentive, the activities were great, everything was very well organised, and the meals were all very good. The small swimming pool is really nice. The team also arranged to drop us off in Ninh Binh rather than Hanoi for the return trip. The price is well worth it ! Wonderful trip, thank you for this moment !

Guests who require bus transfers from their hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter to Tuan Chau Harbor (2.5 hours drive away), must contact the property at least 1 day in advance to make arrangements (surcharge). Pickup is available between 8:30 AM and 9 AM. The fee is USD per person roundtrip, or USD 20 per person one way. Transfer by limousine bus for shuttle bus transfers; or USD 35 per person roundtrip or USD 25 per person one way for limousine bus transfers. Following the cruise, a bus will transport guests back to Ha Noi. Guests who are not using the property's transportation are expected to arrive at Aspira guest station, Lot 07, Tuan Chau Harbor by 8:30 AM. This cruise ship's 1 night, 2 days itinerary includes the following: Day 1: Cruise to Light and Dark Cave during lunch. Guests can kayay or take a bamboo boat trip. After dinner, guests can enjoy squid fishing activities. Overnight on board at Cong Do Area. Last day: Tai Chi session in the morning, followed by light breakfast. From Gia Luan, visit Trung Trang Cave located in Cat Ba National Park before check-out. Disembark cruise and return to Ha Noi after noon. This cruise ship's 2 nights, 3 days itinerary includes the same first and last day as noted above, as well as the following: Day 2: Tai Chi in the morning, followed by light breakfast. Guests will be transferred to day boat to visit Lan Ha Bay and Viet Hai Village. Guests can swim or kayak at Ba Trai Dao beaches. Western dinner will be served onboard at 7:30 PM. Overnight on board.
