Very clean and simple hotel. Spacious for my mom and me. Safe for elderlies. Front Desk Desy and her team were excellent. Very efficient and extremely polite. The buffet breakfast was quite a spread. A variety too choose from and was delicious. Will definitely come again.

It should HV scored a 5 star all round but the hotel does not provide 2 key cards for its customer. Saying each room is allocated only 1 key card. Sometimes if you stay in a twin bed room and sharing a room these need 2 key cards. But could not get 2 cards even we request for it. Each company has its own ruling on the key card therefore no comments further till improvement done...

Good location with foods court around the area, enjoyed variety of breakfast buffet beyond expectations! I will come back again next time. Worth the stay at Nagoya City Hotel, the staff Desy is helpful and good services .

I would like to share 2 things about Aston. Room: there were 2 blackouts in one nights, not sure why. Room is good and quite clean. Breakfast: they have many variety of food and drink. They taste delicious. Happy to see so many options plus taste good. I was given fried crispy sausage, chocolate mouse and mango juice to try. They were really delicious. The crispiness and crunchiness of outer coat sausage along with the taste of mayo and chilli. As for chocolate mouse, it was smooth and not too sweet. And the natural taste of mango juice. It blends so well in my mouth. Glad to try them and give them good review.
