Wonderful hosts, very unexpected and lovely stay. Would highly recommend it for a nice Venetian experience. During our stay, the hosts gave us tips for traveling and we could chat with the other guests while having homemade breakfast. Overall very nice experience !

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Venice. Very cozy and really Venetian. Palazzo with history is saturated with a Venetian spirit. Comfortable rooms, wonderful view from the window, convenient location, very hospitable hosts! It’s not like a normal hotel, it’s better - as if came to visit relatives. For example, one day was my mother's birthday, and Rosa (hotel owner) baked a real homemade cake for us! For breakfast, we recommend try homemade yogurt! This hotel is very conveniently close to the vaporetto stop (Ca’d’Oro) and not far from the lagoon - it’s convenient to get to airport or have a trip to Murano/Burano. Piazza San Marco - about 15 minutes, Ponte di Rialto-10 minutes walking . And very important detail - there is a special winch to pick up and drop the luggage, and not to drag the weight itself to the 4th floor!
