Comfy bed. Fantastic location - accessable but quiet. Friendly staff. Great room, bed was very comfy compared to other places we stayed. Cool lighting (loved the switches on either side of the bed). Some of the details were off like the water temp fluctuates while showering. Overall excellent. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location was perfect and room was clean. However, the air conditioning is barely keeping up and seems to be worse as you go up the floors. We were on the top floor and it was very hot. We did not sleep well. Beware that you may not be comfortable or be able to sleep at all if you get the higher floors. We talked to staff there but they said nothing they can do about it.

The service and hospitality is good and best compared to many other places im venice. We had very good breakfast that constitutes of egg, ham, cereals, juices etc, A nice English brekfast. Rooms and washrooms are neat and nothing to complain. I am glad that I have not experienced any bed bugs, dirty carpets or old sheets which are frequent in venitian properties.

It is a very cozy hotel, close to the "glass-bridge" and "Piazzale Roma", which is the major hub for any kind of public transport. I booked for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional, of course fluent in English. I fully recommend it and will favour this hotel at my next visit. Thank you, Veronika, for being a great host!
