To Joy and all the amazing staff , After staying with you for a week We must say that we had the best Experience ever !!! The hotel is beautiful , very well designed with super interesting architecture and one of a kind art pieces every where you look. The breakfast is over the top great and every morning was a culinary experience that lasted until the day after . The place is always clean and the unlimited complimentary coffee and tea area are a super fun touch . The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the garden as a relaxing area after all our touring and exploring of the wonderful Chiang Mai area. But above all are the staff which will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and more than at home . Each and every one was so kind and helpful...the hotel service is truly amazing! There's no doubt about it .. We will be back .

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay in this charming little hostel. The place has beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and exceptionally attentive. Moreover, the hostel comes with a small but beautiful swimming pool, located right outside our room. We even had a balcony from where we could relax and overlook the pool. It was truly an amazing experience staying at this place. The location is also great, and to top it all off, we were offered a free upgrade to our room. highly recommend this place!

During our four-day stay, my partner and I experienced several issues. These included construction activities within the hotel that were not previously communicated, impacting the use of key facilities. Our bathroom was not adequately clean and had a broken sink that continued to leak despite maintenance attention. Finally, there was visible water damage throughout the room and bathroom which leaked through the ceiling during heavy rain. On the second day of our stay, we communicated these concerns to reception staff. In response, we were offered a 3.8% discount on the following two nights and did not receive an apology or acknowledgment of the inconveniences we encountered. Unfortunately, these issues negatively impacted our stay, and we hope the proprietor will take this feedback onboard to improve standards for future guests.

This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed at, very unique bohemian style. Everything is a work of art in this place, the pool, the staircase, the furniture, the pillows even. It felt like staying in a museum of beautiful artifacts. I actually feel like staying in this hotel was one of the cooler things we did in Chiang Mai, I enjoyed just looking around at all the stuff. Hats off to whoever did the interior design of this place. Additionally, the room was large, clean, with a beautiful balcony. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for something slightly upscale but cozy, interesting, yet still totally affordable.
