Location..location..location. pretty much walking distance to popular places in the heart of Athens. Lobby is basically on Ermou street. Plenty of shops and good restaurants. Wifi is very good. Spacious rooms. Feels like a boutique hotel having only 6-7 rooms per floor.

Great hotel in the heart of Athens. It’s close to transit and in a trendy area. Many of the rooms have views of the Acropolis. There is a rooftop restaurant that has a great atmosphere and great views of the Acropolis, especially in the evenings when it is lit up.

I cant say enough how great this hotel is. Location is perfect, walking distance from the Partenón and tons of restaurants and shopping. Beautiful rooms and top notch service! You have to book a room in this hotel.

A complete disaster, foyer smelled of urine. Rude reception girl. First room had beds upended, coffee cups and rubbish in it. Second room offered was serviced , but still substandard. We asked for our money back, girl rang someone, laughed and said not possible. I can’t believe it has the ratings and awards it has. Fraud!!!! Beware! Stay away! We went somewhere else, couldn’t have stayed a night there.

This hotel was any travellers’ worst nightmare. We checked in , paid for a room with views of “ The Acropolis “ . 350 Euros. Room 706 . Classic double room . Entered to a scene of carnage . Overflowing ashtrays , bed titled on its side , food scraps strewn around the room. Returned immediately downstairs to see the young woman behind the desk . No apology . No view of the Acropolis . Room 706 a pigsty . She says nothing and flicks through other room cards , giving us 603 . An upgrade , she says . We proceed up to that room , it stinks of stale urine . 2 minutes later , we return to see the young woman at the desk . She cannot refund our room , she says , and tells us to send an email , advising we’d breached the hotel’s cancellation policy . She then proceeded to ignore us and started texting a friend , and laughed at us . This was , frankly , a disgrace . She said she couldn’t reverse the credit card entry. Booking dot com ought be aware that this hotel is a complete nightmare . It is foul smelling , run down and they give you rooms which are filthy and uncleaned . And no refund despite us being in the premises for 15 minutes in total
