Although the area is not famous for its safety. It's close to the metro and it's safe in this part of the neighborhood. Also the hotel offers a cheap price closed garage, and if it's filled close there is also a similar cheap and safe place to park. The beds are excellent if you look for an orthopedic mattress. The breakfast exists and is above average for what you pay. The staff is kind and helpful. What more to ask ?

One of the best Value for Money options. Especially for business trips when the luxuries of a high end accommodation are irrelevant. Very close to the metro (that will actually take you anywhere), clean rooms, welcoming staff.

Crystal City hotel is right in the heart of Athens. It's in a busy section of town. The room is comfortable and a fair size but the windows are not soundproof so if you are disturbed at night by car noise then this might not be the place for you. I was very tired so I slept well. The shower is enclosed but it's small and for a big guy like me I didn't have much room to move around. 😁 The hotel has a restaurant right on the roof with an awesome view of the Acropolis. They also serve an excellent breakfast with lots of selections. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a nice place and I highly recommend this three-star hotel.
