First time at this hotel and it is more than we expected. Very friendly at reception on arrival with a welcome drink. Rooms are a great size with a massive bed, outside balcony fabulous. Every single member of staff take care of your every need what more could you ask for. Food is amazing, you always find something different at every meal time. Karim (I hope that's his name, apologies if not) makes amazing pasta dishes, never quite the same as his when made by someone else. The hotel is within easy access to shopping areas and of course Soho Square. Hotel Managers are there if you have any concerns to make your holiday go as smoothly as possible. The gardens are well looked after, lots of work done to keep them looking so fabulous. Thank you for a fabulous first week's holiday looking forward to our second week. Keep doing what you are doing, you are all fabulous. Julia and Paul.

Aurora Oriental resort… I have had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful.. And I must say the animation team are very energetic and fun and really try to get you involved in all activities.. Luca is my favorite we have had good conversations and lots of laughs.. I would definitely come back here….

Hotel and staff are great, very clean, gardens, swimming pools & beach are lovely ,the only thing which lets it down is the food could be greatly improved. But we did have a lovely holiday & would stay there again hopefully when the new restaurant is opened the food will improve.

Just returned from a week's family holiday in the sun. Nice location for a quiet retreat. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and tidy, the grounds are well kept & the staff couldn't do enough for you. We were looked after very well by everyone from the reception to the pool & beach bars. (Too many individuals to mention, thank you all for your great service) Food was fantastic, well cooked, plenty of choices, even my fussy wife could always find something nice to eat. There is a full menu available in the main restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunchtime snacks at the beach bars. They have a couple of al a cart restaurants that you need to pay extra for, most all inclusive hotels I have experienced in the past allow you to sample these, but not here & we didn't feel the need to pay extra for this with the choices offered in the main restaurant. (This is where it dropped a star for Me). On site there is a professional photographer Mina & his brother Hanna. Two of the nicest Egyptian people we have ever met. We asked for a photo shoot on our last day & worked around our schedule. We were more than happy with the results, initially only wanting one family photo & ended up wanting the lot. This was a fantastic way to end our holiday trip with some great memories. Thank you!
