The hotel isn't in the best condition. Some bars were never open. The barmans were nice. Animation team didn't really enjoy their job. I have never seen worse receptionists. They didn't want to help you and they just wanted you to leave them alone, very lazy people. Our shower didn't work for our last 3 days of stay and they didn't help us with that. UNECTABLE.

The hotel don’t deserve 1 star hotel. services need a lot of training and the facilities definitely needs renovation it’s unusable.

The place is worn off and needs definitely a renovation. Heated pool is really small, you have to stand in line and wait and the you'll be served warm beer. The snorkeling slip is on an edge of crashing and using it equals risking your life. Food was untasteful and juice had too much water in it. Food couldn't taken by yourself, it was served in a really bad manner. Air conditioner in the room made awful sound throughout the whole night. We asked an extra bed into the room according to the booking but never got one. Had to sleep on the floor. Shower was installed into half on the wall you you have to sit under it to get washed. Really the worst experience in Egypt hotels. It's not a 5 star hotel, maximum 2 star.

Was a very bad experience, hotel facilities almost good except rooms which are very bad and old need maintenance and doesn't deserve the money paid. No response for any request or complaints. Management is very very bad. Food quality is medium not good. I advise any body to think before choise this hotel or don't think to go there at all Finally Animation team was excellent and only who doing there work sincerely. Totally was a terrible experience 😕
