PLEASE READ THIS!! the beach and location was really beautiful. However the the cleaning services were terrible. The food was also barely edible and was so constant. We had to eat the same thing every single day because nothing changed! I also noticed that there were no female employees other than in the spa rooms and a few polish or Russian woman doing animation. But it was mostly men. AND PLEASE READ THIS PART. The workers who were around 30-40 would ask for the phone numbers of young teenage girls which really disgusted me. They would stare at woman and make people them feel really uncomfortable .I was a witness of a man making popcorn and asking for a 14 YEAR OLDS number. The guy looked 35! Disgusting. The girl was anxious and so I stepped it and gave the guy a warning. The hotel is definitely not a hotel that deserves 5 stars but instead maximum 3 stars. AND THE MOSQUITOES. We were severely bitten for several nights and it was very painful. We asked for help from the reception and they gave us a small spray to plug in which literally did nothing. Me and my family had to literally fight mosquitoes with towels covered in mosquito blood because of the fact they would come close to your face and fly around your ear which would be so uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We then spoke to the reception again, and because I was really serious and full of anger this time, they came and sprayed the whole room. I strongly recommend you to look and different hotels in Egypt, since there are truly beautiful hotels we have seen, however this one is just not the one your looking for, trust me.

This is not a hotel! More like an all included motel. For the 10 days we've been there with kids (mid August), we changed 3 rooms, most slides did not work (even for the few hours they should), the non-sterilized restaurants and room did not do either of us good, and the linens haven't been changed even once! The Arab staff is constantly trying to make Russian like dishes, with no success, therefore the food was horrible. A complete waste of holiday times and money.

For sure not the 5 star hotel. I will start with the good things. A lot of pools and guite nice surrounding, the food was ok not bad but also not very good. The rooms were ok but bathrooms seemed like they were 20 years old. The staff was polite. The AC was working pretty decent. Good thing that the hotel is close to the airport. The beach near the hotel was nice, it has a reef. The things I didn't like were plastic cups everywhere. They served every drink in it, unless you tip the waiter very well so they give u a proper glass. I think in 5 star hotel this shouldn't happen, double standards are really unfair. I get that sometimes the tip is well deserved but in this hotel most of the staff was basically begging for it (for example a receptionist, telling me I should give him a present for giving me a nice room, even though I PAID FOR IT) very upsetting. Also if you're not Russian you should not go to this hotel- music, animations everything was in their language. Not even mention that barman and other staff was always serving them first. The room service changed sheets and towels every day (but almost every time it was dirty and stained). The other thing i find quite awful were flies/bugs in the bathroom that bite me a lot (I still got marks on my legs). All in all if u expect 5 star experience and you re not russian you should choose another place. This hotel has a lot to work on.
