Stayed here for 1 night on 21 Dec 23. Rooms were fairly spacious but cleaned not that great. Location was 25min walk Old Town but near tram station. Only thing bad was the rude bartender. At night, me, my wife and two family members sat down at a table to eat a sandwich we bought from outside the hotel and were fully planned to buy drinks from the bar as well. Before we even had the chance to buy drinks, the bartender looked at us and rudely said "No no no, you are not eating that here, you will eat that on the tables in the front. This is a bar." With that rudeness, we didn't even care to explain we were going to order drinks. Good job you just lost some business due to being rude. Ruined the night for my wife and family members and location and rooms were barely enough to make up such rudeness from the bartender.

Great hotel, great breakfast with an amazing view, clean rooms, amazing and friendly staff. The hotel is located in proximity to the train station and easy walk to the old town. The train station attracts transient people that can be loud or sleeping in the vicinity of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Mr. Afif and every other front desk member were very helpful and friendly.

A) Dirty B) No Services! C) No telephone in the rooms. D) No double beds! Only 2 single small. E) All carpets in the rooms are old dirty and with stains! It’s like an old motel with terrible service and conditions! We were 12 people in 6 rooms and all, but all, have the same opinion!

The front desks were very unfriendly and cold. I asked to store my luggage, she was unwilling to help at all and asked me to put aside the desk without providing a luggage ticket. Without luggage ticket, who takes the responsibility if it was stolen? And when I come back to take it, they didn’t even ask for the tickets to proven that was my luggage. You are free to take any of it. Also, I booked a executive room with free welcome drinks and free mini bars mentioned in their website, but the front desk mentioned nothing to me when I checked in, so I asked him. Finally he gave a welcome drink coupon to me. You get what you deserved only if you ask. Not recommend this hotel.
