The room was OK. The tub/shower was a bit oddly laid out. The Ned was very comfortable, as were the pillows. We stay in the annex across the street. The Cafe in the hotel was great - large breakfast options, friendly staff. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff - extremely polite and incredibly helpful. They made the stay!!!! It is located at the tunnel to old Town. Easy walking distance. Parking is okay... weird!!! The underground tunnels to walk out are NOT easy to follow. Take pictures as you do so.

Absolutely unbelievable that this hotel is allowed to stay in business with the prices they charge. Multiple stains on the carpets, the light was a cheap and bent one from IKEA, the bathroom was moldy, and the reception was in a different building altogether. I also didn’t dare check the mattresses and pillows. It is at a very good location and close to the Altstadt, but there’s nothing about it that I recommend.

The service was fine. We asked for a fan for the room because it was disgustingly hot and they said no. Rooms smelled bad and were dirty and outdated. The view from our room was gorgeous, and the location's proximity to alstadt was great, but it was an uncomfortable and stinky stay.

Sooo I was here just for a day. One night. It is the cheapest hotel around and it shows. It is not meant for long stay. There are all the basic things, but with a lot of things to improve. Our toilet was quite dirty, for some reason there is not ceiling light in the main room, the place feels weird, elevator is slow, Wifi is clunky at best outside the rooms. There is more, but again, the price is making it kind of worth it for very short stay.
