The whole installation needs renovations. The personnel is fantastic and very helpful. The great garden is very good, especially for parking. The general area where the hotel is located is not the best in Florence and you need some 500 m. to walk up to the closest tram station.

I liked this hotel. In my opinion, we have points to upgrade (as you see, is an old structure) but except this everything as okay. There is a modern shower and comfortable beds. The localization is interesting, because you ar at 5 minutes walking from the train and 13 from Santa Novella. The service is good too. All the employers are kind and always have give me the informations and gold tips.

The rooms were decent for the price, neat and well maintained. Hotel looks bit old but they have huge courtyard for parking and is a blessing if you need space for your vehicle in Florence. Can reach SM Novella in 13 min by tram T2. Tram station is only five min walk. The staffs are very polite and helpful and their service is one of the best highlight if this hotel. To sum up this hotel provides you enough for the price. A breafast is also included. I saw some reviews about the airconditioner, in our room it was working properly but was a old model, a small refrigerator was also provided.

Horrible experience. - air con didn't work - neighbourhood seemed unsafe, lots of shady people walking there - wi-fi worked only downstairs (we were on first floor and had no connection whatsoever) -walls were very thin and we could hear every little noise - breakfast was barely edible, all pastries seemed old and all cutlery were sticky - dining area had horrible smell which was very off putting -and the worst part is (we booked via Booking) that check out time said 7am-12pm however cleaner knocked at the door before 10am and said to leave a room (with no bags packed yet and before showering) Do not recommend! They have all right reviews on booking but honestly don’t know why they’ve got such a good ones there as this is the worst place I’ve ever been to.
