Do not waste your money. The entrance was lovely, fresh and clean but as soon as you left the arrival area there was a horrid smell, which followed you around the hotel. As you come out of the lift you are met with a nice seating area but as soon as you leave that, you are faced with deterioration, including the smell. The rooms were NOT clean, hand prints over the walls, stickiness everywhere. My daughter had white socks on, they were black on the bottoms from.the floor! The room had cups and coffee and milk....but NO KETTLE! 2x I requested a kettle but never received one, but actually after taking in the place I would have been uncomfortable using any of their cups etc. The bed....horrendous. Lumpy and dipped at the edges so you felt like you would roll off. Major back ache after a measly few hrs sleep! Couldn't get out there quick enough. Definitely not 4 star! More like a backpackers last resort squat!

💯💯💯 Definitely recommend the Axiom Park Hotel for your next London stay! 🇬🇧✨ From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with 🤗 warm and welcoming staff. 😊 The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a modern and stylish vibe. 🏨 The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plush beds and cozy linens. 🛏️ The bathrooms are also top-notch, with powerful showers and stylish fixtures. 🚿✨ I loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk from Battersea Park. 🌳 It's also close to all the major attractions in London, making it easy to explore the city. 🌆

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in! To start with they scammed us by giving us the wrong room (even charged us for the bigger room even though receptionist knew it wasn’t available), the hotel is not maintained and are def NOT a 4 star more like a 2 star if I’m being generous. The bad parts are; Rooms are not maintained, smelly, windows not working, noisy, beds are so bad they sink into the middle had a back pain for a week after leaving, worst quality bedsheets, pillows were horrible, bathroom so bad, reception staff barely spoke English, ACs weren’t working properly, lifts didn’t always work, fire alarm went on constantly, no amenities -again how is this a 4star I hope the owners of the hotel read the reviews and make some changes to the place as it’s such a wasted opportunity given the location of the hotel!!

This hotel is not as bad as the reviews, its not perfect but its not awful. If they could just pick up on housekeeping, a check list to make sure each room has the required number of items in the kitchen for the number of people, toilet paler in the bathroom etc, otherwise a lovely comfortable bed, great bedlinen, great bathroom. Only drawback to our room 303 on 19 October was the awful smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room other wise it could have been a 4 stars
