Friendly staff, great pool area and comfy rooms. Perfect place to relax before or after a flight. They offer a free airport transfer which was great and a free buffet breakfast in the morning for all guests. Buffet breakfast was lacking options for people with food intolerances and also for vegetarians and vegans.

We enjoyed our stay here with our team! We love the pool. Clean and cozy room! All basic needs are in the room, plus factor is their personal ref :) very aesthetic hotel. Breakfast buffet is fine.

A great place to stay that is a little distance away from the town centre but a tricycle ride away from Robinsons Palawan. Staff were excellent here. We would usually see the same workers each day. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Facilities are very good. There is a large pool that can get busy if lots of guests are using it, but it is open from 8am to 10pm daily, so there’s plenty of time to find a quiet window. The in-house restaurant is alright and breakfast was included, but I wouldn’t say that the food was great. However, not very overpriced which is good. No laundry facilities but you can walk to Bambu Suites down the road for this as an outside paying customer. Location wise, it is a five minute tricycle ride from Robinsons which has sufficient food/shopping. However, it is a bit further from the city centre where there is an SM mall and most of the city’s other attractions. My tricycle ride in was about 20 minutes. Rooms were good. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was adequate - plenty of space and it was pretty clean like the rest of the room. My room also had direct outside access at the back which led to the pool. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced staycation kind of hotel, this would suit well. Even if you want to go into the city centre, it is not that far - just not walking distance. Otherwise, Robinsons Palawan is very close by. Highly recommend.

I hated my experience with this hotel. The room had mold and it smells like a basement. I asked for another room and it had the same problem. I had no internet for the 4 nights I was there. They told me they are working on the issue. At least there is a breakfast included, well I pick up bread from the buffet and a cockroach crawled out of the bread basket. It is rated a 4 stars hotel. Honestly, go else where if you want clean room with internet. Also, last day they provided me with a free shuttle to the airport and a take out breakfast because I had to leave at 5:30am. Opened the box it was a sandwich with about 6 live ants at the bottom of the box. Every day was a disappointment. The only nice thing was the pool.

We stayed here a couple nights after long flights getting to Puerto Princessa. Sleep was needed. Staff were great and the breakfast was probably the best I have ever seen for being included with the hotel price. Great selection of food for both those from the Philippines and foreigners like myself. My gf is originally from the Philippines so this restaurant was perfect. Lots of tricycle taxis across the street if you need to go anywhere. Front counter staff seem to always know someone if you need a private shuttle to go on excursions in the area.
