Hotel design is excellent, especially the adult wing. The hotel restaurants are 1st class for nights in but the hotel is located near good restaurants in the local town, all within walking distance. 5th time we’ve been and always enjoy it. The rooms are well designed and generally maintained to a high level. Our room this year has a few minor details that I’ll mention on checking out. Staff are all fantastic. Never had a bad stay.

Overall great experience. Would love to come back. However, we would have liked some live entertainment at night time like live music or dancers. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was great but we found the booking system very strange and wonder if this is why the restaurants are quiet. Staff have been excellent. Marta went out of her way to help us with a small problem she was great. The reception staff, the people who showed us to our room and the cleaners were all wonderful. Thank you for such an excellent stay 🥰

Seldom have we stayed somewhere where everything was so good. The architecture, the rooms, the service, the food, the cleanliness and the whole ambiance of the place really suited us. The rooms are large, beautifully designed with great facilities and lovely balconies. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, two of which are Michelin starred. There are shops on site including a pharmacy. Service throughout our stay was excellent, from the reception with Leo and Philippe, to the great team that service the rooms, everything was brilliant. The hotel is architecturally quite impressive. Very modern in design, with rooftop pools, curved walkways, striking stairways and beautifully designed and positioned restaurants. Of course things can always be improved and we fed a couple of small things back to the hotel. But for us this was a place we will very much look forward to visiting again in the future.

I had an incredible stay at the Royal Hideaway Adults Only Hotel. The hotel's stunning location left me in awe. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff, particularly Jose, Jack and Antonio. They were not only incredibly helpful but also added a fun and welcoming touch to our trip. Nothing was a problem. Revisiting Tenerife after 30 years was a memorable experience, and the Royal Hideaway Hotel made it even more special. Highly recommended!
