Arrived late at 1:30 am. Front desk associate (Giorgi) had a passive aggressive attitude and to top it of none of the rooms have exterior windows. When I mentioned I’d like to cancel the reservation Giorgi gave us the cold shoulder. Was there standing in silence for 20 minutes until he asked us if we were canceling the reservation. I’m years of traveling (about 20 desaturations a year) I have not experience such deplorable service. Be aware 4 star? Doesn’t even make it to 2. Stay away.
