Room was lovely, and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. However we were unfortunate to have a dripping shower for two nights which was extremely loud. Staff were unable to fix it, and didn't tell us so we had to ask again. Weren't offered any compensation, and hard to leave a very positive review after 2 difficult nights sleep.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay here for a night last month while on our honeymoon. The staff was amazing and made us feel so comfortable! Very classy, yet warm and inviting atmosphere. We loved the honesty bar and had a blast trying our hand at bartending for ourselves while we waited to dine for dinner in the hotel. Dinner (and breakfast the next day), were delicious! We would love to visit again for a longer stay in the future!

Excellent hotel. Great style, lovely rooms. Myself and my wife stayed here for just 1 night in August and wished we could have stayed longer. The bathroom in particular was fantastic and huge! We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks - little touches make the difference. I would highly recommend if staying in Bath as it’s not too far from the centre and has free parking. We will return.

An incredibly warm and friendly place to stay. The staff are so kind, helpful, and full of great suggestions. They're all so attentive, too, making you feel like you're the only guest. The rooms themselves are also gorgeous. And the food in the restaurant is delicious. The breakfast, in particular, is fantastic. A lovely place to stay not too far from the centre of Bath. 5/5
