We had an amazing stay here! Would 10/10 stay here again and recommend! The rooms were so comfortable, the staff were so friendly (especially Poppy and her bubbly personality who showed us to our room), the location is fantastic and central to everything and the value for money was great.

Absolutely loved my stay here - the room was so cosy and warm and it was a nice touch to have Netflix, complimentary Prosecco, and a quite large bathroom with a heated towel rack. Breakfast was a delight - recommend the avocado toast with bacon, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s perfectly located in the middle of Bath’s town centre with excellent shops and restaurants nearby. I’ll be back on my next trip to Bath!

Room was so lovely, very warm but we were provided with fans and air con! It's a 5 min walk to the roman baths so honestly couldn't find anywhere with a better location!! Such good value for money! Breakfast was amazing as well! 10/10 would stay there again and recommend!

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at this charming hotel. The service was fantastic, the staff was super helpful in allowing us to leave our bag prior to check in and again when our train left later in the evening so we could enjoy the beautiful city of bath. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and Matt makes an amazing iced coffee and even remembered our preferences the next day. It’s the small details that really made the accommodation special. We took off one star for the room, but not at fault to hotel staff, it was just on the very top floor and it was extremely hot in our room even with a fan. The window and fan had to be on the entire time and we couldn’t spend much time in the room just due to the heat. But everything in the room was very clean and high quality. The bed was also comfortable. We definitely want to come back, but maybe just not when the weather is going to be extremely hot.

We went for our wedding anniversary and loved it. The room was really nice and surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel (some fan noise, from nearby restaurants but at reasonable and expected times of day). Given that its right next door to its sister pub, we expected a bit of a noisy night until at least 11, but this wasn't the case at all. The room itself was lovely and clean, beautifully presented and a little bit special. They really think of everything.. I'd brought my own pint glass for water over night and wine glass as I don't like drinking wine from titchy plastic bathroom glasses...but no need, there were 2 wine glasses, 2 sparkles flutes and 2 really good size, lovely quality tumblers. The bathroom was excellent, the most wonderful shower. The bed was so comfortable and it was a really good size room (no.4)The service is impeccable, really informative and helpful and nothing is too much trouble...and breakfast is delicious!! I will definitely go back. For a city centre hotel this is an absolute gem and an absolute bargain!!
