Great location right next a grocery store. Rooms and showers were good however the pillows were very flat and too soft making it a bit uncomfortable. The rooms were a good size but had no fridge. The breakfast buffet was nice and had everyone you would expect however not outstanding.

Really good location and parking is easy. Breakfast was also a spot on experience - good food, selection and staff. All about attention to detail which is why it isn't 5*. Only one person checking people in at peak time was a frustration, bat staff were also, slow and steady in the evening. Public areas also had numerous amounts of litter (wrapping paper, napkins, tags) Rooms are a very good size and at first glance, spot on but again, details. When we folded the sofa bed back there were cotton pads beneath, the window had mould beneath it as did the soap tray/cubicle. It was a good stay, the location is great and staff are friendly/ courteous. However for the price on NYE, it just doesn't warrant 5*

Excellent business stay, polite and attentive staff made me feel welcome. The room was modern and clean but it was like a sauna when I walked in. The AC is set to heat only so there is no option to cool the room apart from turning it off and opening the window. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is next door in an underground car park with EV charging bays (Pod point). You will have to walk to the hotel (about 50m) but there is drop off/pickup parking out the front if required.

This was a complimentary stay as our earlier stay with them was not pleasant the old manager gave us a superior king room with sofa which was lovely & breakfast included he went above and beyond we received housekeeping on the first day but unfortunately on the second day we received no housekeeping this was our problem on our first stay with them. Again nobody seemed to be bothered when leaving I asked to speak to the manager but he was in a meeting I asked for him to email me but unfortunately this did not happen.Its a shame because the housekeeping team seem to be letting the hotel down
