My worst hospitality experience ever. We arrived by 11PM, checked in, paid for our stay, put our luggage in the room, went out for dinner, and came back to be told that our stay was cancelled. I've been told that my credit card details were not correct and they contacted me on several occasions since a week ago, which was not the case. It turned out that they attempted to take the deposit from my bank once I was on the flight, my bank flagged the transaction as suspicious, sent me a text to approve the transaction, of course I could not do that since I was on my plane. They were not helpful, English was very weakly spoken, and threatened me that they'll call the police if I don't leave, whereas I didn't even refuse to leave, I was just shocked at what just happened and I was just trying to figure out what was going on, given the very weak communication abilities in English. There was no attempt to find another room for us, we had to spend our cash on another hotel since my money on my card was already paid to them and it took 4days to come back to my account. They were very rude, and were very passive aggressive without any reason, and were telling me repeatedly that it was my fault, and they had the right to cancel. My observation on the few minutes we used the room, very dirty and old beddings, and terrible water pressure on the initial test. Would not recommend this hotel to my enemies!

Very convenient and comfortable! Rooms were clean. The hotel manager Yasin ( Syrian guy) was very nice and polite. Me and my wife travelled for first time there from New York. We had very good time there. We had good conversation with him about different topic and he gave us helpful tips. Will Definitely visit and try to stay in the same hotel if possible. Overall a good experience at the hotel and value for the price. They also helped us get the covid pcr result fast.

To be honest it’s one of the most great hotels that I’ve ever been to the hospitality from the workers and the owner and those clean rooms and showers is just fabulous I’m i had the greatest experience in Istanbul in this hotel because it’s also near to everything I remember when i get bored at night and just go for a walk to the bey and besktas area and those narrow roads that has and those great turk workers and arabs who always smile at your face at that hotel I’ll always remember the great days that i had and I’ll do it again very soon
