Facilities were very dirty. We called the staff since the first day to clean the room. We got two apartments, and the stove was dirty. There was a piece of wood with nails under one of the beds. We stayed from the 15 to the 20 of November, and our towels for the bathroom were never changed, even after we asked multiple times. Even the couch and ottoman were full of sand and dust, I dont think they cleaned between different guestes. Staff kept ignoring us, and they said that they couldn't clean the room because there was a dog inside (our room was empty, they just forgot probably). There was not even a broom in any of the two apartments or basic things to clean, like a sponge for the sink, etc. We called the Facilities and also went in person multiple times to the main office to point out the situation to them. They kept "promising" the room would be serviced, but of course, they didn't. The last day at the checkout we spoke with the manager and told about the complain and the situation: she said that she could do anything about and she didn't know about the situation, we should have look for her before! I really feel like they steal our money (again, we got two different apartaments). Worst facility ever saw, and for sure, I do not advise anyone to stay there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMIES. This has been the worst experience I ever had staying in this dirty room hotel. Me and my partner were furious about the service we received with the front desk and their sarcastic response. We informed them that our suite was dirty and their was cracks on the floor, she suggested that we should walk around the area. I looked at her and told her that their is no possible way to even walk around or avoid the cracked floors since it the entrance of the bathroom as well us getting of the bed. Took them almost 3 days to change our room, we even suggested for the lady that transfer our room to take a look at the place and she even stated that she doesn’t know why they will put us in the worst room. That come to say that they new that the room they were giving us was bad. To top it of the room didn’t even have towel, the tv remote didn’t work, the freezer had a bottle of liquor from the last guest, the fridge was dirty as well as the wall, the floor were so dirty and dusty, even the shower looked like instead of them cleaning it they painted over it. To the owner of this Buisness I highly recommend not having this as a hotel and convert it into a residential location.

This is the worst vacation of my life ever. Bathroom ceiling was leaking, door key doesn’t work properly. They charged me 29 dollar USD for a day. They call it resort fee. I asked them the agreement and they referred the third party. I booked it through air Canada reservation.customer service is not helpful at all.

READ THE FINE PRINT!!! The deposit at this place is $100 A DAY yes u read that right I said $100 A DAY (up to $500.00) and that is held for 10 to 15 days AFTER check out. And that is a scam it took their establishment a month and that’s after I filed a case complaint with my bank. After check out when you call they will say, oh we processed the refund. My bank told me yeah but they didn’t send any money! Who does that? You have been warned book at your own risk!
